CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD.
My house smells so delicious! So many baked goods right in my reach, I’m gaining five pounds just thinking about the blondies and the bread.
My dad is a huge fan of this bread and for longest time I said, ‘ohhh totally going to make this for you!’ and for the longest time I didn’t, UNTILL NOW!
The recipe is surprisingly easy and straight forward. It’s suppose to make two loaves, but after splitting the dough, I rolled the other half and then cut it into rolls. That’s in my freezer right now and when I bake those, I’m definitely going to make a glaze for them :D
You know, instead of a cinnamon filling, I could replace it with cocoa and raisins next time. Heck yes!

I just finished the strawberry jam and now the cocoa bagels are baking :D
No, I don’t care that it’s 11pm and I had wanted to go to bed at like 9:30 and I have to wake up at 5:30am tomorrow BECAUSE MY HOUSE SMELLS SO NICE!

ALTHOUGH, the recipe says to cut in only halves, but I would definitely do quarters. Also, once I added in the strawberries I had to cook it on the stove for like 40 minutes, not 20 and then I squished them a couple times. Maybe it was me, but I felt like her instructions were just not enough?

For cocoa bagels, I just added in 2 tablespoons cocoa and only used 1 tsp salt. Because I always try to bake healthy (in the jam, I used splenda. I ALWAYS use splenda), I made the bagels whole wheat. I used about 2 1/2 whole wheat and then the rest is all purpose.
