Nutella pancakes!
So, I put the batter in the pan and then took a spoon full of nutella and tried to swirl it in the middle of the pancake. Then right before I flipped ‘em, I swirled the melted nutella around. Yum!

1. Super fluffy Peanut Butter Blondies.
2. Chocolate chip cookie dough that I split in half. One half was Raisin and Cinnamon chocolate chip. The other half was Andes Mint chip and chocolate chip.

Light choco-muffins!
I found this Hershey baking book in my basement and I died because it’s all about chocolate! These muffins are cool because they don’t involve eggs and they use yogurt (and milk). Well I thought it was cool.
Anyways, I decided that I would make these muffins into cupcakes. One thing I’m really not that great with is icing. It’s so much easier and less consuming for me to just buy icing. Turns out great every time!
Perfectly chewy peanut butter chocolate chip raisin cookies!
I have totally found the perfect peanut butter cookie recipe! For the extra bits, I threw ‘em in for fun/the bags were almost done, figured I may as well use ‘em. Also, I used that new-ish whipped peanut butter, which is pretty great, ‘cause it’s lighter. I would imagine that using different peanut butters would result in a different flavour or texture.
I baked my mom a cake (from a box) for mothers day! I did this at like 12 or something on Saturday night and I just really wanted an excuse to use my bear mould.

Now these bad boys, they were quite fantastic. I have this cookie book, right, and I started following one recipe… but then I started following another… Didn’t matter, because they turned out just fine and I would totally make ‘em again!

These are cake batter blondies, and I wouldn’t use the same recipe again. They pretty bland, actually… Quite pretty though!
Sooo, I baked from a box today! I must be honest, they’re always so much better than my made-from-scratch cupcakes… Oh well.
I made the american fun fetti cupcakes, which I loooveeeee. I also made (canadian, aha) a rainbow bit batch that I coloured and then a cherry bit batch. Twas all great!
So many sprinkles though!
