VANILLA CUPCAKES WITH COTTON CANDY AND CHOCOLATEY MARSHMALLOW ICING
I’ve been having cupcake trouble lately… I’m not sure why but they just weren’t coming out well.
Not sure what happened, but man, these cupcakes turned out super great. Great taste AND fluffy!! And yes, on the blue cupcakes there are little bears. My friend made a joke after I showed her all my cupcakes pictures that I was having a cupcake photo shoot. I’m not going to be humble, I think this batch is fucking gorgeous ;)
Also, there are these new icing products out: you buy the vanilla base, then you choose whichever flavour packet you desire. I love that idea!

Cooking with awesome edition
FRIED MOTHERFUCKIN’ TOFU IS WHERE IT’S AT +peanut sauce. So fantastic
Vanilla cookies.
These were made with cream cheese and turned out so fluffy. For decoration, on some I used vanilla christmas chips, or this melted cinnamon icing (from the cupcakes I made). I dipped the cookies in the icing, which they soaked up quite well. I loved those cookies the most, the added cinnamon flavour was great.
Chocolate covered strawberries.
SO yummy and so pretty! I saw a picture on tumblr and I thought man, I have to make those. After dipping the strawberries in chocolate, I dipped the strawberries in either coconut, sprinkles, white chocolate, green coloured chocolate, or crushed candy cane.
Apple crumb pie!
I got the recipe here. This was the christmas dinner dessert, and ‘twas a hit! Then of course, you cannot have any sort of pie without vanilla ice cream :)

Funny story, Julia wanted to bake something so we got together at the grocery store and then I basically took over. Even when we were baking at her house, I was like, yo, I’m in my zone now.
wow, I have gotten so lazy with posting on here. That’s pretty bad considering Im on tumblr ALL THE TIME.
I made this cake (from a box) for Julia’s birthday, cause she is great! She turned 20 and then I realized wow, why would I use gr10 (cause it’s greater than gr8, ha get it), when I could use g20. I ended up fixing it, but didn’t take a picture.
Clearly my decorating skills are awesome.
Cinnamon cupcakes and cinnamon buttercream icing!
I recieved a new cupcake recipe book, and it has all these pretty fancy cupcakes. I’m quite excited to try them all out! Also, another friend got my this Wilton cupcake stand (both gifts are totally unrelated too, ha), so I had to use that right away too.
